One of our passions is spending time sugaring in late winter. We produce a relatively small amount of rich syrup, as we have always done it the old fashioned way with taps and buckets. This year we are making a step up to some tubing which will increase our production. We sell our syrup in various sizes, mason jars, and fancier bottles... and we can ship.

All of our syrup is Vermont Grade A Dark Amber, a delicious all-round syrup, perfect for waffles, pancakes and oatmeal.This full flavored syrup is great for cooking and baking, as well as in glazes, marinades and dressings.
