Ruth Goodrich’s Maple Syrup Rolls

Ruth served these as part of our lunch break during a seminar on maple syrup making we attended a couple of years ago. It’s one of my favorite recipes! These rolls are light , buttery and with just a touch of delicious maple sweetness-Perfect!

2 1/2 cup hot milk

½ cup maple syrup

¼ cup oil

2tb yeast

2 teas. Salt

Add flour to make a soft dough. Stir well. Let rise in bowl till doubled(covered w/Saran or damp cloth

Cut w/biscuit cutter or round.

Place in greased pan to rise.Till doubled. Bake @ 375° till golden (25 min.) brush with melted butter.
