What’s not to love about kale? 0 fat. 0 cholesterol. 25 mgs sodium. 329 mg potassium! Total carbs 6 g. Protein 2.9 . All this in a one cup serving. Really, people? Who doesn’t love kale chips? Not to mention a massaged kale salad? What other salad can you massage and still get an awesome, fresh lemony and HEALTHY result? Plus, I still have pounds of kale chugging in my garden. Please don’t tell me it’s not the ” it” vegetable anymore. I don’t, won’t believe it! I am looking forward to kale, bean and pork soup to warm me up this winter.
