All of our meats are 100% grass fed, and humanely raised. We follow organic standards and our meats are USDA inspected.

Meat Prices
Whole lamb is $12/lb dressed weight- Not available for 2024

Currently, we are selling ground beef, roasts, short ribs, shank steaks, oxtail, marrow bones, maple syrup, and eggs from the barn. We also carry a changing array of other products. Whole beef and sides will not be available this year. All other products are still available in our online shop. Please stay safe and, as always, thank you for your business!

Retail prices below are per pound.  If there is a cut that is not listed here, ask us!  We also carry organ meats and bones. Meat is sold frozen & vacuum sealed. Meat is available at the barn year round while supplies last.

More About our Farm Raised Meat

If you are thinking about purchasing our meat, it is best to to plan ahead! Our lamb is available in the fall and winter. Lambs can be ready in four months to a year depending on the lambing schedule and the desired weight. Contact us and let us know what you are looking for! As soon as you have decided to purchase from us, let us know so that we can hold it for you. We sell out quickly; well before the lamb is actually available for market.

How much freezer space do you need? About 50 lbs of meat will fill a 2.25 cubic ft freezer. A 12 cubic ft freezer should hold about 250 lbs of meat. This is just a guideline as factors such as bone-in vs. boneless will affect storage capacity.
