Farm-Raised ~ Diversified ~ Sustainable
Products from High Ridge Meadows Farm include farm-raised meat, eggs, produce, wool and more. We raise cattle and sheep for grass fed beef and lamb, but also harvest the wool from our flock of Icelandic and Gotland sheep. This is turned into yarn, roving, rugs, pelts and other woolen items. Our hens produce lots of fresh eggs daily, and we occasionally raise pastured poultry for meat. Spring is sugaring season when we produce the year’s batch of maple syrup. Fresh produce is also available, from time to time, in the growing season.
