Our Farm Blog

I have named this blog page, “From the Swing by the Willows”, for my parents who loved this farm and whose swing sits among the willows by the pond.

Follow our farm blog and get to know the farm family, the livestock and the farm products from High Ridge Meadows Farm. We are a diversified family farm that follows sustainable, organic practices. Our farm is located in East Randolph in the beautiful state of Vermont.

This farm blog will explain the nature of our diversity. We raise grass fed beef and lamb as well as pastured poultry. Our farm products include meat, eggs, maple syrup, wool and produce.

High Ridge Meadows Farm also features a beautiful new event barn. You can contact us directly to schedule most events, or visit the Mayflower website to reserve the barn for your wedding.

In addition, we hope our blog will help you to become familiar with the the life of a farmer. This includes the ups and downs, the seasonal challenges and the passion we have for our farming life.
